  • Established internal Soft Goods Department and absorbed external workload for development of second-generation product, the Apex2 Exo.

  • Solo R&D soft goods technical designer collaborating directly with CINO to successfully execute fast passed, full product cycle from research and ideation to product launch for the Apex2 Exo.

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with domestic and international manufacturing partners, design firms, and internal engineering, operations, sales, customer success and marketing teams to successfully take our flagship product from design concept to first sale.

  • Group and solo trips to overseas manufacturing partner. Completed critical quality check for both soft and hard goods; made sound time-constrained critical product decisions to ensure successful and on-time first production run of the Apex2 Exo.

  • Oversee soft goods materials library and execute creation and modification of patterns, prototypes, tech packs, BOMs, field testing and sizing/fit sessions.

  • In parallel, continue product expansion through DOD, NSF and NIH funding.
